TICKETS

CONDITION OF USE

NON REFUNDABLE

Please check the selected schedule information carefully before check out, ticket purchases are final and are non-refundable or changeable.

Duplicate transactions are also non-refundable since duplicate transactions block other customers from purchasing tickets. There will be no refund or reschedule for any unused or partialy used services.

TICKET & CONFIRMATION
Immediately after successfully checking out, customer will receive an order confirmation and e-Tickets by e-mail


RESPONSABILITY

RESPONSABILITY SCHEDULES AND OPERATIONS

Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control, such as mechanical, weather or traffic delays and accordingly bus companies cannot hold itself responsible for errors in timetables, inconveniences or damage resulting from delayed autobuses. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject to change. Orlando Adventure Tours will endeavor to carry you and your baggage with reasonable dispatch, but times shown in timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and form no part of this contract.

Orlando Adventure Tours  may, without notice, substitute alternate transportation carriers and if necessary, may alter or omit stopping places shown on the ticket. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Orlando Adventure Tours  is not responsible for or liable for failure to make connections or to operate any vehicle according to schedule or for a change to the schedule of any vehicle. Under no circumstances shall Orlando Adventure Tours  be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the foregoing.

CAUSE FROM FORCE MAJEURE
Orlando Adventure Tours  may, in the event of a force majeure, without notice, cancel, terminate, divert, postpone or delay any transportation service or the right of transportation or reservation of traffic accommodations without liability except to issue an involuntary refund. The involuntary refund will be made in the original form of payment in accordance with involuntary refund rules for any unused portion of the ticket.

Orlando Adventure Tours  will also reserve the right to determine if any departure or arrival should be made without any liability except the afore mentioned involuntary refund. Force Majeure Event Means: Any condition beyond Orlando Adventure Tours  control including, but without limitation, meteorological conditions, acts of God, riots, civil commotion, wars, hostilities, disturbances or unsettled conditions – actual threatened or reported, or any government regulation, or any fact not reasonably foreseen, anticipated or predicted by Orlando Adventure Tours .


REFUND WOULD BE GRANTED FOR BUS CANCELATIONS

Orlando Adventure Tours  reserves the right to cancel buses due to weather, traffic or coach condition, REFUND WOULD BE GRANTED.

PASSENGERS

ACCEPTANCE OF PASSENGERS

Orlando Adventure Tours  may refuse to transport you, or may remove you from traveling vehicle at any point, for one or several reasons, including but not limited to the following:

Your conduct is disorderly, abusive or violent, or appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or attempt to interfere with driver or onboard attendant, or refuse to obey instructions from the driver or attendant, or have an offensive odor not caused by a disability or illness, or clothed in a manner that would cause discomfort or offense to other passengers, or are barefoot, or engage in any action, voluntary or involuntary, that might jeopardize the safety of the vehicle or any of its occupants.

If such occurs passenger would not be entitled to refund.


PETS

Pets are prohibited.


ELECTRICAL DEVICES ONBOARD

Cell Phones And Other Electrical Devices Onboard, Is “Limited” with respect and courtesy to fellow passengers.


SMOKING

Is PROHIBITED in all vehicles owned and operated by Orlando Adventure Tours . Some hotels allowing smoking only in designated area for more details contact hotel directly.


TRAVELING MINOR  (UNDER THE AGE OF 18)

Infants up to 2 years of age travel free on the lap of the paying adult, Children over the age of 2 years must travel in a purchased seat. Children 8 through 15 years of age will be accepted for transportation when accompanied by a passenger at least 16 years of age. Unaccompanied children under 8 years of age will not be accepted under any circumstances. No unaccompanied minor are permitted on travel packages.
